So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers tooAbout the job: ● Manager for HSS production ● Set and follow up targets for the team connected to SET(Separation technologies) Production ● As HSS process owner be responsible for: ● safety : people, processes and products ● quality + Q-system ● delivery ● cost ● Secure standarized work and SOP execution monitored by SOP audit dialogues ● Drive performance meetings, improvement meetings and related activities – DSB(digital status board) ● Be a **** between the factory and support functions for daily issues ● Participate operational plan setup and follow up ● Leading or support claim handling related HSS production ● Leading/perform ALPS relevant activities:TPM,5S, PRP, SOP, Kaizen and etc. ● Secure production plans are followed according to DC request ● Drive and lead Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement activities, and secure the results ● Support and execute according to code and regulations. ● Leading and develop the people in team according to YOU program ● Ensure the organization acting according to Alfalaval’s Business Principle and Compliance requirements ● Setup and maintain BCM(business continuity management) ● Lean six sigma production setup by automation, visualization and digitalization implementation ● Other tasks from direct ManagerWhat you know: ● Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience ● Major or experience related with machining and welding is plus ● Relevant Leadership and management skills ● 8 years of experience from production/manufacturing company,at least 3 years of team management experience ● Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
