職責描述：
1.實驗室常規(guī)實驗，分析結(jié)果，獨立總結(jié)檢測報告
To perform routine immunoassay in a high qualified medical laboratory, analyze the results and summarize the diagnostic reports independently
2.認真落實實驗室的規(guī)章制度
To seriously implement the regulations and rules in the lab
3.按照標準程序維護實驗室中的設(shè)備和儀器。識別儀器故障和控制測試結(jié)果，采取糾正措施并報告主管
To maintain equipment and instruments in the lab, following established procedures. To recognize instrument malfunction and out-of-control test results, takes corrective and report to the supervisor
4.完成其他主管或部門領(lǐng)導分配的相關(guān)工作
To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned from the supervisor or the department head

任職要求：
1.臨床醫(yī)學、醫(yī)學檢驗或生物等相關(guān)專業(yè)大專及以上學歷
Medical college degree or above majoring in Cinical Medicine,Medical Laboratory or Biology
2.具備醫(yī)學實驗室使用（方法、材料、技術(shù)）的基本知識
Basic knowledge of the methods, materials, and techniques used in a medical laboratory
3.具備實驗室儀器和設(shè)備的基本知識
Basic knowledge of laboratory apparatus and equipment
